No. Kuardo focuses on deposit evidence, responsibility, and financial clarity. It helps you prove what happened and how it impacts the deposit — rather than managing maintenance tickets across an entire building portfolio.

Who should create the contract?

In the current product flow, landlords create contracts and can link tenants and agents when those users exist in the platform. This keeps a clear “source contract” while still allowing tenants to upload evidence where permitted.

Does Kuardo replace my lease agreement?

No. Your lease remains the legal foundation. Kuardo is an operational and evidentiary layer: it helps you document reality in a structured way and produce a clear closing summary — but you should still follow local regulations and your signed contract.

How does the deposit calculation work?

Kuardo tracks amounts by responsibility and category, then estimates refundable deposit based on rules you configure (for example tenant-charged items and a tenant share of shared costs). It is designed to be understandable — not a black box.

What can I upload as evidence?

Receipts, invoices, photos, PDFs — typical proof you would already collect, but stored as structured records with dates, amounts, and classifications instead of scattered chat attachments.

Will you support OCR for receipts?

The data model is OCR-ready. In MVP, amounts and dates are often entered manually (or improved later), but the architecture is prepared to attach extracted fields and confidence scores when you connect a provider.

Is my data secure?

Kuardo is built on Supabase with authenticated access, role-based participation on contracts, and an activity timeline. You should still follow good security hygiene (strong passwords, verified email, least-privilege sharing).

When does billing go live?

Pricing is displayed to match the planned commercial model (789 THB/month with semi-annual and annual discounts). Payment collection can be connected later via a gateway (e.g. Stripe/Omise) without changing the core deposit workflow.
