Evidence (proofs)

There is no fixed cap on how many evidence items you can add per contract while billing is active—add as many rows as you need (fair use and platform policies still apply).
Evidence is a row with classification (type of expense or deposit line), responsible party, amount, optional description and date, plus an attachment in secure storage.
Uploading new evidence may require an active subscription when the contract has billing enforcement turned on; the contract page shows checkout or portal actions when payment is needed.
Opening “View attachment” registers that you viewed the item (where the product tracks reads) and opens a preview: images and PDFs inline, common video formats in the player, other files with a download / new-tab option.
Video uploads are limited in duration (currently 30 seconds) so previews stay fast; very long clips should be trimmed before upload.
