Troubleshooting

  • Video preview blank in the browser: the file may use a codec the browser does not decode (common with some .MOV / HEVC clips). Try “Open in new tab” or another device, or export to H.264/AAC MP4.
  • Cannot upload evidence: check subscription status on the contract and complete payment if the paywall is active.
  • Wrong language: use the globe / language control in the header; URLs are prefixed with the locale (e.g. /en/, /pt/).
